James Oilwell Service Inc is hiring Roustabout Laborers to support oilfield construction, maintenance, and field service operations in the Belfield area.

This is a hands-on position working outdoors as part of a crew performing a variety of tasks including facility construction, repairs, maintenance, equipment support, and general labor. Candidates who enjoy physical work, working with their hands, and being part of a team are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oilfield construction, maintenance, and repair projects
• Perform general labor duties including site preparation, cleanup, material handling, and equipment support
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment you are qualified to use
• Assist with facility upgrades, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work effectively as part of a field crew in changing job site conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and fit-for-duty testing
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Previous oilfield, construction, farm, ranch, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
